  1. My company is currently on the trial for the domotz software. We have installed the system on a rasberry pi. We are trying to connect to our computers in the office via remote desktop connection but we keep getting this error: The connection has been closed because the server is taking too long to respond. This is usually caused by network problems, such as a spotty wireless signal, or slow network speeds. Please check your network connection and try again or contact your system administrator. Do you guys have any idea why this would be popping up? I have allowed RDP connections on the PC.
  2. Hi, I got a ZTE modem, with ip addresses 192.168.2.253 & 192.168.2.254, which are nicely shown in the web app when I check the Info tab under Devices. Just when I want to use Connect (http://192.168.2.254 is the admin page) it only connects to 192.168.2.253, which doesnt have any ports open, so Connect fails. An option to select an IP to connect to when there are multiple IPs would be nice So far very happy with Domotz! Ruben

    Is there an issue with the server android app says "Oooops...canĀ“t coonect to server" have the same problems with the domotz portal best regards
