  1. Have setup firewall rules as perhttps://www.domotz.com/ufaqs/need-configure-firewall/?Display_FAQ=10820 However speedtest fails repeatedly saying 'Cannot find an available server'. I understand that speedtest does not always work but I have tried and then waited etc and never connects. Please can you tell me whether additional firewall ports need to be opened for the speedtest to work? Alternatively which logfile to I need to look at or forward to you and how do I PM it across? Thanks in advance
  2. My #1 feature request is the ability to configure the Speed Test. I have had awful time with my ISP lately each evening from about 6-10pm. It is probably cable congestion. My ISP is an Australian Telco called Telstra, I pay for a Plan called "Super-fast Cable 100 Mb/s"and at night time I am often only getting 1%.The ability to manually configure the Speed Test to automatically perform a test at more frequent intervals would be most useful and would producea far more impressive graph. I have sent them this graph (attached to a complaint). But it looks a little amateurish because of the frequency of data points. Their IA (Immediate Action) -thegreen line - was to replacemy Gateway Cable modem. That didn't work. So I expect that I will have to do this for a while until they get to the bottom of the problem. I think this would be a very popular feature.
  3. Hello, could you please add an option to manually define the interval between speed tests?
  4. Speed Test Inacurate

I have 3 sites, and all 3 show some crazy upload numbers. Is there a known issue with speed test results? I'm using a mixture of the Box (Site 1), QNAP agent (Site 2) and Pi (Site 3). All are on version 1.2.2. Site 1's connection is 75/15, the other two 50/5. Screenshots below: Site 1 Site 2 Site 3

  7. I find that I get a "Lot" of speed test errors. Possibly half the time it fails. There must be a bug somewhere.Typically it will do the download speed test, then the upload speed test, both arrows will go green, then about 5 to 10 seconds later it will say "Ooops". Screen print follows. I get the same problem on the desktop. Windows 10 | Intel i5 | 2.80 GHz | 8.00 GB RAM | x64 Chrome browser |Version 52.0.2743.116 m Windows firewall managed byNorton Internet Security | fully patched Typically takes 20-25 seconds to complete the test (or report an error) after both green ticks appear
  8. It's really great that the PerfSonar tests are incorporated into this tool - very nice feature. However, since we have quite specific requirements it would be great to be able to customise this aspect of the system. Specifically: We would like to know the details of what the current tests do? We would like to be able to turn OFF the automatic tests. In some cases we may be using the link for broadcast critical purposes and don't want any extra bandwidth usage on the outgoing link. Being able to set a particular agent to ONLY do manual speed tests would be great. We would like to customise the test payload - in particular we are interested in UDP packet streaming as well as TCP. We would love to be able to do UDP stream testing at specific datarates and port numbers to prove out a network connection. I know this is getting very specific but in this world of streaming video etc. knowing that your WAN connection isn't coping with a UDP video stream is useful for more than just our application. Thanks again. Dave
