"Some services are down" on Domotz Box

When viewing my Domotz Box, I'm getting the message "ONLINE, but some services are down. Please restart your local agent." I've restarted the Box by unplugging it and plugging it back in, but that didn't seem to help. Is there anything i can do to get all the services back online?

Can you confirm you have unplugged and re-plugged the Box from the power, or was that unplugged only from the network?

I had this same issue earlier this week. I could still log into the box, see all of my devices, but couldn't power cycle my mPower outlets. Is there a way to reset Domotz remotely?
