Domotz Agent Down

I have three Agents in the field.  Two at clients houeses, and one in my house.  the one in my house went offline 5 days ago.  I have unplugged the Domotz Box, and plugged is it back in.  I have also powered it off and one from the front.  It still keeps showing up as offline.  I can ping it on my network, and Fing also sees it.  Not sure what is going on.  My other two agents are working fine.  Any ideas?

Did you write to domotz support? It might be an issue related to the file system or to the connectivity.
Please provide them the MAC address of the device.
