Can't get to port :3000

Hello,

I've installed the client on my Sinology (Marvell 370), however, when I try to go to IP.ADDRESS:3000 I just can't get through. I've tried to stop and reload the application on my Syn with no success.

 

Any ideas?

Hi. It appears the agent has not been installed correctly. Just for our understanding, what is the status of the Domotz Agent in your Package Center? It should look something like in the attachment.

Solved.

It was the Sinology Firewall that was preventing access to that port.
