Dual WAN/ Multi WAN Speed Tests

5 posts in this topic

Will the speed test reporting and on demand testing work in situations where someone has dual WAN or multi WAN setup with multiple ISPs? Would either the daily testing or on demand testing be affected by the multi WAN configuration (load balancing vs failover)?

it will be effected based on how your are routing traffic thru the load balancer

I route traffic by IP.

One IP always goes through one WAN port, the other always through the secondary WAN port.

Is it possible to designate which port Speedtest uses and alternate?

Unfortunately, at the moment, this functionality is not supported. However, thank you for your feedback and for your suggestion. We will look forward to add this to the list of supported features.
