Devices showing online when they're not

Hi, I'm a little worried - the whole point of Domotz was to get a early jump on issues before client's call us. I've just been informed that a client's SkyQ boxes are all offline - I've connected in, and can confirm that the IP addresses allocated to SkyQ are unreachable. However, Domotz is currently reporting them as online. The devices are configured for alerts and set to important - but - nothing. Please advise. Oliver

    RPi agent going offline

Hi. I have had a couple of times when the agent hasn't been reachable from the web-portal. It shows as offline in the iOS app and portal. The Pi itself is still alive in this instance, but a reboot is required to bring the agent back online. (Perhaps there's a console command that would do the same?). Where should I look for logs to troubleshoot why this is happening? Thanks
  3. Feature request for the apps. An offline/cached mode that at the least allows read-only information about the devices as of the last time the app was connected. This mode should have a pretty obvious warning banner (like the current no connection) but still retain the last device data. An improvement on that read-only method would be a queued changes method. It would allow someone to make changes with the app while offline (to the best of the app's data). When the app goes online again it would perform the changes requested.
