henriquesalvador Posted February 24, 2020 Report Share Posted February 24, 2020 Hi Community, We have a known issue when activating an agent with some Ad-blockers enabled or when using the Brave Browser, the error will the following: When you see this error "Can't connect to the server" please try another browser (Chrome, Firefox or Safari) and disable any add-on that might affect the connection to our Cloud. If the error persists it could be an issue with firewall or DNS. In this case please contact our support@domotz.com we will be glad to assist you.
