Unable to see Netgear network topology

Hi,

Newly installed Domotz agent on Synology as well as Domotz Box.  Enabled SNMP on Netgear switch as well as all the other switches in the network.  .  However can only see the Araknis switches but not the one Netgear XS728T ProSafe switch.  The Netgear switch is needed as it runs the 10-Gigabit portion of the network.  I can see devices that are on the Netgear switch in the device list.  But the switch itself wont show up in network topology.

This is probably due either to SNMP not properly configured or the switch not compliant to RFC 4188.

 

Anyway, best to follow-up on this specific case directly with Support team.
