icdllc Posted July 14, 2020 Report Share Posted July 14, 2020 I have an agent installed that has email alerts configured that works well. I just recently added another agent to my Domotz and configured the alerts with emails, but for some reason I never receive any alert emails from this agent. It is using the same email address in the alert configuration as the one that works. Cam someone give me an idea on what I can check in order to get the new agent to send me alert emails? Thanks. henriquesalvador Posted July 14, 2020 Report Share Posted July 14, 2020 Hi @icdllc, I checked your case and I couldn't find any alert configured at your newer agent, please follow to the Webapp > Select the agent and under the Alert tile configure the alerts for that agent: If you still have problem, please send a message to support@domotz.com so we can better assist you.
