Agent disconnected alert received daily

I am getting an agent disconnected alert followed 23 minutes later by a connected notification. I run a report and it shows 0 Internet connection losses. I put this agent in the network to gather some info on their network connectivity complaints but this leaves me with more confusion than answers. Why would the agent show as disconnected but the report not mention anything? The agent connection history is also blank in the report.
