Replaced Router, transfer account to new router.

During construction at a clients home we put in an 3150 router, then activated Domotz to monitor the internet. Since then, we have removed the 3150 and replaced with an ABR-5000 router. How do I transfer the account to the new router? The 3150 has been installed somewhere else and Domotz turned off.

Please send a message to support@domotz.com with the following:

 

Domotz account:

Old Agent Mac Address:

New Agent Mac Address:

 

Once you send us the above info we will make the change in the system and we will let you know to proceed with the new Agent activation, a Resume option will be given.
