error plan subscription

I have a customer with a 3€/month plan and I started another one by error with a 19€/month plan. I need to downgrade this last one to 3€/month please


I also did not find the 3€/month in the interface and honestly I spend time in front of the interface to find it (even with my mobile phone).


please help

Hi Didier,


as discussed with our Support, in January we have dismissed the possibility to activate new Agents on the Legacy Lite plan, and the only option for new Agents is the usage of the "Full Feature" Plan.


Please, follow-up on our Support Ticket in order to get further details.
