Giancarlo Posted December 6, 2015 Report Share Posted December 6, 2015 There might be an issue in the management of the Reset (to free a license). We will investigate. As a workaround, I have invalidated that license and created a new free one for you. Can you try configuring the agent with the new license? Demant Posted December 7, 2015 Author Report Share Posted December 7, 2015 Hi Giancarlo, The old license is still listed as active in the portal, when i try to activate the agent on the raspberry pi It still fails, because it tries to use the active license code.
