swkent 0 Posted January 6 Report Share Posted January 6 Whenever I try to enter my address, username, password and site ID, domotz goes through 15 tries with the password and I get The service you are trying to connect to is taking more time than expected to respond, please wait a few minutes and try again. GeorgiTsatsev 3 Posted January 7 Report Share Posted January 7 Hi, the default https port for unifi controller we use is 8443 but if your controller is on another port you can specify it in the following format [IP or Hostname of the controller]:8000 when entering the value via the "devices external services" feature.
