DSargent Posted February 3, 2021 Report Share Posted February 3, 2021 I'm sure I'm missing something simple but I've been unable to find this in the desktop app or via multiple searches. We have a single MS Teams shared alert defined in Domotz. We have applied this shared alert to numerous devices for one of our agents. I would now like to disable and/or remove this shared alert from a certain subset of these devices and can't figure out how to do this. Whenever I go to shared alerts, it shows the one we have defined and there is an Apply button but no indication that it is already applied, thus no method for removing said alert from the device.
