Subnets not being scanned

We have a client site that has VPN connections to other offices.  We added those subnets to the additional subnet scan list but we are not getting any devices from those subnets.

I would suggest sharing access to your Domotz agent with our Support and then send more information about your network to support@domotz.com. The team will look into that.
