Only my agent is showing up in the device list

In my setup I have configured 1 agent in a subnet. All the other devices from this subnet are not showing up during the automated scan. Device Auto Discovery is on. I have set the right community name for this subnet butt still no devices. What am I missing in my setup?

Hi Michel,

 

From the scenario you described, I assume you have the Domotz Agent configured on a Windows PC/Server, and the Domotz agent is conflicting with the npcap library already installed on that same machine (this is usually the root cause of such scenario).

 

If this is the case, in order to resolve the issue:

 

1 - Uninstall the agent
2 - Install manually the npcap driver to your Windows machine: https://nmap.org/npcap/dist/npcap-1.31.exe
3 - Install the Domotz PRO agent again - You will need to activate the agent again at the loopback address port 3000 (http://127.0.0.1:3000).
