Does this product list software installed on a computer (Win or Mac)

this is not yet supported. But the engineering team is working on that. It should be ready in around 2 months!

Just to clarify, Domotz will be able to extract the list of Software Installed on a Windows, Linux or MACos server/workstation/laptop, without requiring to install the Domotz Agent software on the remote macchine. We will use the standard protocols (SSH as preferred one and WinRM as a fall-back for Windows machines).

Will this include software versions as well?  And will it include operating system details and windows updates?

Yes, it will include software version.

 

The Operating System details are already available via ssh/winRM, and it looks like the following:

The example is from a VMWare / ESXi server, but basically it is the same for Windows, Linux and MACos machines.

Do you expect to release this feature at the same time as the software details?
