Text-only alerts option

We're trying out alerts that are being emailed to our Jira instance. 

 

The alert works, and creates an issue in Jira.  But it's formatted badly (see attached.)

 

It would be great to have an option for plain text alerts.

The engineering team is currently investigating for the development of a direct integration with Jira, so that Domotz will be able to open and update "tickets" directly in your Jira environment (without requiring to route any email).

I'll be happy to test!  We're on Jira Server.  Keep in mind that the process connecting to Jira Server and Jira Cloud might be different.
