It then forwards me to port 3000, but no service is running there. I also tried it via the IP, in case the service was configured incorrectly ... it does not work via IP either. If this is the case, can you please try configuring it when on the same network as the Synology? If you continue to experience the same issue, please contact our support (support@domotz.com).
