tomandries Posted November 23, 2021 Report Share Posted November 23, 2021 Hi, We have multiple domotz boxes on multiple locations without issues. we have 1 now where we can go to the ip:3000 and have a login screen to add them to our existing portal. This never gives an issue. but only on 1 location when login in we get this error: (something went wrong, please try again later) Anyone knows what we can do about it? we have already tried with 2 different boxes. Most likely, in that location there might be a Firewall preventing the Box to contact our cloud resources (for the configuration and upgrade). Would you mind providing the MAC address of that Box to our Support? make sure you keep the box connected to a network with internet access.
