I got the device NIB from a reseller.  Here's the full error message:

We should be able to investigate that through the provisioning channel, looks like this unit is lacking the latest agent package, please send an email to support@domotz.com informing this agent MAC Address while keeping it connected to the network. We will assist you ASAP.
