HHF Posted March 15, 2016 Report Share Posted March 15, 2016 Hi We have installed the agent on a Qnap drive and then logged in to the Web app. We got connected and then when we tried again we can't get in. We have tried the Web app and apple app via the main log in and two team member accounts, but no luck. Also when we login to our portal we now see no licenses available (we had 5 trial licenses for the trial period). Any suggestions?
