Just installed the box, it won't connect

I just installed a Domotz box at one of my smaller sites.  I typically use an agent on a Synology NAS unit, but this location does not have the need for one of those, so I chose the Domotz box.

 

It won't connect....

 

"An error occurred when connecting to Domotz Cloud. Please check your internet connection and try again" is all I get. 

 

The only thing my firewall logs show is that the Domotz Box is trying to ping 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 constantly. 

Any thoughts or insight?

If you look in the General forum for 'Firewall Check When Activating a Domotz Pro agent' there are links to scripts for checking that any firewall is allowing the required access for Domotz.

May be a good point to start.
