How do I factory reset a B-01 DomotzBox?

I have a new DomotzBox installed at a jobsite.  Had it plugged in for probably a day before attempting to add the agent under our account.  Weird thing is that I can ping the device's address.  I can see it pop up in our DHCP client list [used MAC reserve for the box].  However, I cannot access its browser interface at the same address [] nor can it be found via the Domotz app.  I'm thinking maybe we waited too long before trying to add the box under our account?


How do we factory default the box?
