Migrating Agent Error

Hi Domotz support,

I am trying to move my domotz agent from my synology NAS to a standalone raspberry pi.

I have uninstalled the agent at the synology, reset the license at the domotz website, and install new domotz agent at my raspberry pi.

When i tried to login to my raspberry pi, it said that there is no license found.

Can you help me with this issue?

We are following this as a support Ticket. Currently it is not possible to perform this activity (migrate configuration from one device to another) as a self-service one.

I suggest for everyone who wants to migrate the agent to write immediately to our support.

 

The "reset" operation delete all data related to the agent. It's an "hard" operation that cannot be recovered.
