Neal Posted November 22, 2016 Report Share Posted November 22, 2016 I seem to have a very high failure rate when trying to connect to devices via both the webapp and the iphone app. For any given connection, it will sometimes work and then later I will get "Sorry, something went wrong. Please check the port and try again.". It happens for both HTTP and HTTPS connections. Is there anything I can do to track down the cause of these failures? Thanks.
