How do I rename an agent?

Just updating this very old post :)

 

It is possible to rename a Domotz Agent from two different places:

 

  • Domotz Portal (https://portal.domotz.com), click on Subscriptions then Edit the Agent and update the name of the Agent.
  • From the App or WebApp (https://portal.domotz.com/webapp), select the Agent, then "Customer Management", and then edit the name of the Agent
