Agent Info- Agent Reset

Having a lil bit of trouble, i can not rest my agent under my agent info,


had the device on a personal account, need to move it to out company account. the device license expired today.


I tried with Chrome and explorer, thinking it was a browser issue, same result not able to reset agent.


Attached is a picture of my browser.

This has been managed as support.


Anyway, in order to delete/reset an agent:

1. Stop the Agent (either physically disconnect the Box or stop on NAS/pi) 

2. access to the Portal:


3. From the Agent tab, select the "Edit" of the agent to Delete, and press on Delete


Note: all the configurations performed for the agent will be permanently deleted
