AGENT STAYS "ONLINE" WHILE DISCONNECTED

Hi,

 

I'm new to Domotz. I have it running on my synology and on a raspberry pi. Now I want to reset the agent on the raspberry pi because i'm going to bring it to a different location/network.

In the dashboard it keeps saying it's online while it's disconnected . What do I need to do?

Hi Synco,

 

there were some slowdown in the cloud service yesterday. The issue should be resolved now. Can you please check if the agent still appear to be online?
