Sherif Posted March 9, 2018 Report Share Posted March 9, 2018 Hi, I added the Violet app for a client, all devices enabled in the portal yet none show up in the violet app. I also found the logic in the setup of the app to be cumbersome. I don't see why I need to create users/profiles to be able to get the app going. Adding users/profiles should be optional. So, back to the question. How do I get the devices to show? Giancarlo Posted March 9, 2018 Report Share Posted March 9, 2018 the primary target for the current Violet implementation is the home-owner (residential market). The purpose is to offer a sort of parental control and presence detection to the home owner. This is why it is mandatory creating "people" and associate devices to people.
