More granular agent grouping/filtering

Greetings. It would be great if there was a way to leverage the customer ID and location fields for agent grouping within the web portal. Giancarlo had shown 'team members' as a possible workaround, but filtering to client and then location would go a long way to reducing clutter and better managing larger deployments.
