eembee 0
Hi, One of my monitors is a Domotz-Pi (the old pre-packaged Domotz Raspberry Pi). The SD card seems to now be corrupted. Is there a special image I should start from or do I just reinstall this from scratch as a third-party Raspberry Pi box? Is there any difference between the Domotz-Pi and a third-party Raspberry Pi box + Domotz package? (Beyond the logo 😉 ) Thanks.
henriquesalvador 10
Hi @eembee, There is no difference on the hardware however the SD image contains the provisioning channel software. I'm sending you an link to download the latest image so you can replace the SD Card on this unit. For requests like this you can also contact us on our support channel: support@domotz.com. Kind Regards, Henrique Salvador Domotz Support

Then the Domotz Agent is available directly to be downloaded from the Domotz Portal. We recommend the SNAP package for that. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact directly our support (mail to support@domotz.com). Thanks for your understanding, Giancarlo
