macros (restart multiple devices with one button)

can you please give us the ability to power cycle several devices with one button.

im talking about POE devices, and regular PDU devices.

 

Restart all cameras(or phones or touch panels) (specific POE ports)

Restart all cable boxes (across several PDU's)

 

 

i think this is a huge feature for the AV industry.

This request make sense. As a matter of fact, at the moment, any Integrator can program this action by leveraging the Public API offered by Domotz. Have a look at:

and 

https://portal.domotz.com/developers/#poweractionondevice

 

You can control the PDU and PoE status (but also software reboot where available) directly through the API. You can therefore have a custom script which execute the reboot of multiple devices on your Domotz Agent , or even across multiple Agents.

nice. i'll have to look deeper in to this as its a little out of my wheel house.

do you think this feature will be baked in to the app eventually?
