andyross94928
Do you still support showing Cresnet devices through Crestron control systems? We are re-visiting using Domotz for remote management and during my testing I cannot get that to work with my crestron processors. I recently saw an announcement regarding a partnership between Domotz and Crestron, will this be adding more support for Crestron devices? I have both a PRO3 and CP3. I know the CP3 is on the list of supported devices that I found on the forum. Is there anything I need to do to get the Cresnet tile to be displayed? Thanks to the relationship between Domotz and Crestron, there will be more and more support on those devices. Due to recent firmware upgrades on Crestron side, the CTP port (41795) and telnet service being closed service is disabled by default. We rely on those two protocols to extract information about Cresnet devices. Please, try re-enabling those services: Domotz Pro will try to identify them in a few hours. If you still have issues seeing the Cresnet devices, please feel free to contact us directly on support@domotz.com
