Hi, I have a client who would like to receive a daily alerts digest email for their Domotz box in the same way that I receive one for all my subscriptions - is this possible? or is the only access they have via Violet?

The easiest way for achieving your request (Daily Alerts Digest for your customers) is to configure your Customers as Field Operators under your Master account. In this case, you can let them access to Domotz Pro (App and WebApp) on specific Domotz Agent (you choose). They will be able to set their own Personal Alert on the events of their interest, and if they set their account with the Daily Digest, they will receive that once a day (otherwise they will receive real-time alerts on their emails).


Violet users do not receive email Alert Digests.
