When I try to configure them using Android App app launches web interface over the 3000 port and keeps waiting at the ""Please wait...Retrieving info..." prompt forever. When I use local network provisioning they arrive at the http://agent's-IP:3000/#/restricted page and give the error "Can't connect to the server" My fiber modem does not have any security measures configured and the local network is rock solid. I have tried to provison both boxes many times without success. I have contacted with the support but the response takes forever. Did anybody experience same situation? What can I do? Thank you.
