How to migrate from Desktop agent to hardware.

I have a desktop agent  running, that expires in 2021, I'm thinking to switching to the hardware version (Domotz-box) .

Would my desktop agent extended over  or I would have to pay for a new agent?

Yes, you are able to migrate you Windows agent to a Domotz Box.

For that you will need to send to support@domotz.com the following info:

• Agent Name:
• Windows Agent MAC Address:
• Domotz Box MAC Address:

Note that whenever you are ready to migrate, your current agent will need to be offline before the support team can do so.
